The innovative material use and product design of this unique range of safety barrier products provide performance benefits and cost savings, in comparison to barriers made from more traditional materials which are common to all the individual products in the barrier product range.

These benefits and savings are due to both the material of manufacture and product assembly and installation.

All the barriers in the product range are based on two designs. A three rail post and rail system, primarily for pedestrian protection and segregation and a low level single circular rail modular post and rail system, primarily for traffic segregation, traffic way delineation and equipment/structure protection. The performance of these two barrier designs under impact conditions is shown in the video.

Dimensions

The standard traffic barrier section is 2.1m long. Barriers are available with impact height centres of 300mm or 445mm. Unless otherwise stated 300mm impact height centre barrier will be supplied. Post sections are 110x110mm and standard rail length is 1350mm. Short rails (600-1349mm) and long rails (1351-1750mm) are also available.

All pedestrian post sections are 110mm x 110mm. Rail sections are 75mm x 50mm. The dimensions are for a standard 1500mm barrier section. Standard rails are 1500mm long but non-standard lengths between 500mm and 1499mm or 1501mm and 2000mm can be supplied.
